Is it a good idea to use a sex doll as a martial arts striking and grappling dummy?

Some of these dolls have arms,legs,feet and hands and look like a realistic woman is it good to practice some striking,take downs and grappling in them?
It has a chin so I can practice upper cuts on it.

Yes, just don't do it in public. Also, don't use martial arts dummies for sex. A punching bag filled with sand will make for a miserable week.
